“There are three critical aspects that have a Direct Impact on one’s External Behavior that benefits almost any personal situation. Let’s look and see one’s individual POSITIVE impact.”
“As one’s “behaviors” become more Positive the more one is willing to take pride and emphasize these three behaviors. This Improves employee satisfaction and decreases turnover by increasing longevity on the job.”
-Dr. Edward Murray Phd., Clinical Psychologist
(1) Follow Through:
One feels compelled to work through a situation and seeks to feel “Accomplished in achieving one’s end goal. This is a personally felt insight where one “wants to own the situation” and do a good job. If this “score drops” below average (or lower), one’s commitment surly drops.
(2) Achievement:
One intentionally seeks and has a desire to be involved in a given situation. They see it as being important. It’s not only “academic” but one exhibits any type of “Desired Goal.” It could be sports, helping friends or families, seeking a better job, rebuilding an old home one could afford and on and on. This is one’s “Heart-felt Desire” that is personally focused. As one’s “score drops” below average, one is less committed or may avoid any effort.
(3) Organized:
This is a desire to do the best one can relative to a Goal where one seeks out and attempts to positively structure one’s Effort. Let’s consider that one has this factor. They’re eager to “structure the situation” since it has personal Value. This is a precursor to any activity that one feels or considers personally important. As one’s score drops, they may have a “wait and see position”, they may neglect the concern or start to avoid it. They may even think it’s “too much work” so why should I bother. Any Lack of Organization can trigger one’s desire to be committed. It’s no longer one’s desired Goal.
